He is survived by: his daughters, Julie James and Kristine James; his grandchildren, Michael, Taylor, Justine, Timothy, Kalleigh, Elsa and Hunter; his siblings, Sue Enzler (Gary) and Robb (Sue); and also, David McCaw and Dawn McCaw. He is also survived by many other relatives, friends.
