He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Ratzloff and Anna Mae Ratzloff; and his brother Don. He is survived by: his wife Julie Binde; his children, Brian (Mindi) and Emily (Ben); his sister-in-law Sue; and his nephews, Alex (Amanda) and David (Shea).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Coon Rapids Chapel (1827 Coon Rapids Blvd, Coon Rapids, MN 55433). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
