She was predeceased by: her husband Robert; her grandson Steven Nielsen; her son Charles Nielsen; and her brother William. She is survived by: her children, Robert Jr. (Cheryl), Teresa Knowlan (Craig), Kathryn Layne (Kevin), Michael (Janine) and Joan Nielsen; and her sisters, Jean and Janice. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, relatives and good friends.
