With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Owen Clare Moen (Coon Rapids, Minnesota), who passed away on August 2, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Tim Moen; and his brothers, Vincent and Harris Moen. He is survived by: his wife Diane Moen; his son Jason Moen (Erin); his grandchildren, Alexa, Charlotte, Zachary, Natalie and Jacob; and his siblings, Henry Moen and Kay Huber.
