It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Irene Jacobs (Coon Rapids, Minnesota), born in Limon, Colorado, who passed away on December 4, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon; her parents, George Chartier and Mary Morrill; her stepfather Raymond Arfsten; and her brother Keith Arfsten.

She is survived by: her siblings, Richard, Lesley, Allen Arfsten, Oda "Butch" Chartier, Lynda Williams and Carolyn Cotter; and her children, Carol Tienter, Mary Rddad, David, Brian and Christopher. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
