He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Cara Katzung (Ted) and Phillip (Shannan); his grandchildren, Stella and Luna; his siblings, Mark, Stephen (Kim) and Thomas; and his sister-in-law Rhonda. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
