He was predeceased by: his daughter Kari; and his parents, Fred and Theresa. He is survived by: his children, Michael, Kelly and Kolleen. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 5 sisters; 3 brothers; many relatives & friends.
