He is survived by: his parents, Todd and Helen; his brothers, John and Luke; his grandmother Virginia Wolverton; and his aunts and uncles, Jame (Linda), Bob (Mary), Tom (Deb), Joe Wolverton (Heidi), Virginia Schulze, Mary Forland (Scott), Margaret Peterson (Rolf), Katie Maki, Paul (Wanda), Dane Peterson (Lindsey) and Wendy Arneson (Jay).
