He was predeceased by: his father Leslie H. Mateffy II. He is survived by: his wife Rochelle "Shelley" Mateffy; his daughter Kaily Mateffy; his mother Sandra Mateffy; his sisters, LeeAnn Mateffy and Terry Patrick (Brint); his mother-in-law Evelyn Fossum; his siblings-in-law, Renae Pellett (Darwin), Randy Fossum and Rich Fossum; and his nieces and nephews, Bill Horn, Elizabeth Horn, Sam Pellett and Hanna Pellett.

Memorial Service will be 11am Friday, February 25, 2022 at Peace Lutheran Church (20 Northdale Blvd. NW., Coon Rapids) Family asks that all guests wear masks.

In lieu of flowers, memorials requested to family for Kaily's education.
