He was predeceased by: his wife Irene; his sons, Larry and Randolph; his great grandchild Abigale; and his son-in-law Jerry Haas.

He is survived by: his children, Rick Fussy, Timmy Fussy, Danny Fussy and Pam Haas; his grandchildren, Jamie Cary (Rick), Jennifer Andersen (Josh) and Nellie Bott (James); his great grandchildren, Caden of Meg, E. J., Emmett and Allie; and his siblings, Mary Spiczka, Delores Dudek (Al) and Richard Fussy (Beverly).
