He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Moody and Myrtle Moody. He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, Randy Madison, Nick Madison (Jen) and Stacie Madison (Tom); his grandchildren, Paige, Dylan, Brittany and Talon; and his siblings, Jerry Moody (Judy) and Mary Holm (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society.
