He is survived by: his daughter Allysa Zemke (Brett Flaherty); his parents, Dewayne and Dolores; and his siblings, Kwin Zemke (Terry), Karyn Clare (Larry) and Kay Carlin (John). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, many relatives and lifelong friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to donor's favorite charities.
