He is survived by: his children, Kelly Scherer (Scott), Karin Carver and Jason Carver (Jody); his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Olivia, Benjamin, Sara, Sam and Elli; his sisters, Nancy Mattson and Katie Stephens (Steve); his daughter Mindy Sweney (Lee); his grandchildren, Brittany (Ryan) and Blake (Katie); and his great grandchild Emmitt. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
