She is survived by: her husband Lewis; her children, Steven Holm and Cindy of Washington; her grandchildren, Chris (Kelsey), Amanda (Kyle) and Derrick (Cheyanne); her great grandchildren, Zoey and Leo; and her sister Judy Taylor. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
