He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Malack and Cecile Malack; and his parents-in-law, Stan and Jenny Lach. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Carlene Malack, Melissa Malack (Eric Dircks), Jonathan Malack (Holly) and Libby Miller (Steve); his grandchildren, Steely, Zander, Kaylei, Hannah, Piper, Evie, Oliver and Belle; and his siblings, Mike Malack, Sue Josewski (Bruce) and Steve Malack (Jeanne). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
