He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell and Delores; and his brother Ronnie. He is survived by: his wife Paula; and his siblings, Debbie Mortensen, Steve (Candy), Cheryl Hollenbeck, Jeff (Dolores) and Cindy Zingsheim (Mike). He is also survived by five children.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
