He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donald Basara, Betty Basara and William Leach; and his uncle Christopher Leach. He is survived by: his friends, Rock and Roll; his wife Lindsey; his parents, James and Kathie; his siblings, Heather Hoffman (Chad) and Cory Leach (Fazdlee Isa); and his grandmother Janet Leach. He is also survived by 5 nephews & 1 niece who loved him dearly, along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
