He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Therese. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Michael (Elyssa), Erin and Daniel; and his siblings, Robert (Julie), Lorie, Tony (Shannon), Jim and Alice Blake. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
