She was predeceased by: her husband Floyd; and her parents, Rose Hayes and William Hayes. She is survived by: her children, William, Fred (Virginia), Paul (Gudrun) and Cheryl Tesmer; her grandchildren, Melissa, Bryan (Katie), Patrick, Hayley (Alex), Daniel and Thomas; her great grandchildren, Isaiah, Calie Jo, Lila and Liam; and her siblings, Chester Hayes and Sue Olson (John).

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
