He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugo Revering and Mildred Revering. He is survived by: his wife Irene; his children, Patrick Revering (Debbie) and Michele Gaabo (Michael); his grandchildren, Nicholas Revering, Lindsey and Brayden Gaabo; his siblings, Leon Revering (Kathy), Mary Augdahl, Angie Gilliam (Jerry), Ruth Larson (Gary) and Lucy Roers (Neil); and his parents-in-law, Agatha Thoennes, Elaine Och, Mary Beutler (Paul), Marvin Thoennes (Lori), Gerald Thoennes and Charles Thoennes (Kim). He is also survived by extended family, nieces and nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
