He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennie Ruth and Forest Fout; his sisters, Mary Temple and Virginia Armstrong; his wife Patricia; his grandson Ryan Scheeler; and his great grandchild Anthony Quellhorst.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Jones, Gregory (Eunice), Melissa Scheeler (Rob) and Jennifer Garbacz (Gary); and his siblings, Bessie Brammer, Marty and Mike. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID 19, a private graveside service will be Monday, Nov 30, 2020, 1pm at Morningside Memorial Gardens.
