She was predeceased by: her parents, John Illerbrun and Lavina Illerbrun; her husband Alex Borkalow; her siblings, Jane, Margaret, Caroline, Steve and Francis; and her grandchildren, David Sylkatis and Laura Nigon.
She is survived by: her sister Martha; and her daughters, Caroll, Janet and Kathy. She is also survived by spouses, eight grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
