He is survived by: his wife Mavis Jean Lee; his children, Linda Lee-Picazio (Tom), John Lee (Robin) and Nancy Mathis (Dale); and his grandsons, Joel, Neal, Jesse, Aaron, Rob, Dusty, Brady and JT. He is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren.
