He was predeceased by: his parents, William Spanjers and Margaret Spanjers (Walsh); his son Richard; his siblings, Donald, Billy and Dorothy; and his son-in-law Tom.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Spanjers of Princeton; his daughters, Donna Mason (Dale) of Clackamas, OR, Kathy Erickson of Princeton, Darrnel Aschenbach (Bob) of East Bethel and Tammy Anderson (James) of Coon Rapids; and his grandchildren, Christine (James), DeeAnn (Crosby), Jerry (Stacie), Brittany (Shane), David (Sami), Travis (Patty) and Ryan. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
