Dale was predeceased by: father LeRoy. Dale is survived by: wife Tracy; children, Thomas Appleseth (Kara) and Michelle Appleseth (Shane); grandson Lincoln; mother Lorraine Appleseth; and siblings, Wayne Appleseth, Linda Morgan, Carol Barry and Susan Merwin.
