With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Curtis C Kivi of Coon Rapids, Minnesota, born in Aurora, Minnesota, who passed away on September 13, 2020 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaino Kivi and Elsie Kivi (Bartness); his sister Sue Turk; his stepfather Dave Patrow; and his niece Cortney Dean.
He is survived by: his wife Michele DeGrio; his siblings, Leslie Kivi (Pat) of East Bethel, Sandy Hoechst (Vern) of Hoyt Lakes and Donna Dean (Steve) of Alpena, MI; his brother-in-law Bobby Turk (Sharon) of Hoyt Lakes; his stepsiblings, Carol Wallace (Tim) of Henderson, NV and Mike Patrow of Hutchinson, MN; his father-in-law Ralph DeGrio of Hoyt Lakes, MN; his brother-in-law Chuck DeGrio (Colleen) of Becker, MN; and his close friend Trapper. He is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews, Great Nieces and Nephews.
Current COVID-19 guidelines regarding social distancing and a mask requirement will be followed Curtis died unexpectedly at his home in Coon Rapids on Sunday, September 13, 2020.
