He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes and Lester; his sister Rita; and his sister-in-law Cindy. He is survived by: his wife Liz; his sons, Mitchell (Ruhiyyih) and Matthew; his stepchildren, Amy (Chris), Daniel (Anna) and Andrew (Heidi); his grandsons, Amos and Hunter; his siblings, Craig, Patty (Rick) and Curt (Kim); and his brother-in-law Tony. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
