She was predeceased by: her husband John; and her parents, Frank and Gladys. She is survived by: her children, John Kokosh (Rhonda), Michelle Kokosh and Vicki Johnson (Brett); her grandchildren, Justin Kokosh (Alicia) and Connie LaVallee (Cliff); and her great grandchildren, Payton LaValle and Jacob Kokosh. She is also survived by relatives and dear friends.

A Celebration of Cathy's Life will be held in the Spring of 2021, as COVID restrictions are lifted.
