She is survived by: her mother Bridget; her stepmother Ivy; her father Anthony; her brother Sebastian; her grandparents, Melissa, Tamara and James; her great-grandparents, Marlys, Ron, Karen, John, Ruthan, James and Patti; her aunts and uncles, Jade, Danielle, Ava, Megan, Harley, Joey and Xander; and her cousins, Myles, Amir and Essence.
She fought her fight and fought it in true Blaise fashion, beating pneumonia multiple times and covid once, her strength and resilience showed.
