She was predeceased by: her parents, Saloma Ann (Vetsch) and Leonard Frank Ayd; her husband Donald Anderson; her son Mark Mitchell; her siblings, Aileen Muer, Donald Ayd, Carmen Dirks, Marcy Waritz, Robert Ayd and Diane Ayd; and her brothers-in-law, John Muer and Andy Ohnsorg.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Mitchell (Lia), Laura Cram (Steve), Mike Mitchell (Karen) and Dan Mitchell (Sharon); her daughter-in-law Cynthia Mitchell; her sister Joan Ohnsorg; and her siblings-in-law, Geri Ayd, Frank Dirks and Nick Waritz. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
