He was predeceased by: his father Brian Rush; his grandparents, Ken, Joan Rush, Roy and Katherine Maki; and also Tripp.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel; his parents, Karen Dupre and Greg Dupre; his parents-in-law, Bob and Carolyn Johnson; his sisters, Nicole (Chris Lucas), Alicia (Brian Williams) and Kara Dupre; and his nieces and nephews, Taylor, Tori Lucas, Brock, Aidan and Cameron Williams.
