She is survived by: her daughter Haley Jean Kasen (Zachary); her parents, Barbara Tollefson and Lyle Tollefson (Diane); her siblings, Lisa Tollefson (Chance Howard), Erik Tollefson, Jeremy Rolstad (Jenica), Robin Worts (Jason), Kari Goeden (Levi) and Katrina Domb (Alex); and her nieces and nephews, Nicole (Tony), Alex, Alina, Autumn, Ashley, Andrew, Gia, Ruby and Genevieve. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society or Camp Odayin.
