He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Maciej and Jennie Maciej (Sobiech); his wife Katherine Maciej (Hoffman); his daughter Barb Maciej; and his granddaughter Cynthia Maciej.
He is survived by: his sons, Brian (Barb), Dan (Barb) and Mike Maciej (Ann); his brothers, Harvey (Mary), Jim (Ann Marie) and Dennis (Kathie); his grandchildren, Kyle, Andrew (Brianna), Jeffrey (Carrie), Aleshia, Brianna (Aaron), Sarina (Cole), Olivia, Alex and Jennifer; and his close friend Dorene Miller. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren as well as his caring girl friend.
