He was predeceased by: his father Wilfred; his stepfather Raymond; his brothers-in-law, Jim Crews and Lee Schumacher; his niece Kristin Kaminski; and his great-niece MacKenzie Cash.
He is survived by: his mother Virginia Park; his stepmother JoAnne Strandlund (Don); and his siblings, Virginia Crews, Wilfred White (Stephanie), Kimberly Schick (John), Richard White (Tracee), Kelly Park (Jill), Waylan Lundquist (Karlyn), Julie Miltz (Bruce), Karen Kroll (Scott), Tom Lundquist (Shannon), Jackie Marie Schumacher, Christine Adams (Ronald), Tammy Langfeld (Mark), Patrick Park (Diane) and Cindy Hancock (Jeff). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
