He is survived by: his parents, Steven Polich and Lynn Polich; his brother Zachary Polich (Paige); his grandmother Hope Simpson; his aunts and uncles, Susan Polich (Steven), Loann Trygg, Brad Simpson (Connie) and Troy Simpson (Dawn); and his cousins, Scott Trygg (Michelle), Tracy LaPatka (Greg), Bo Simpson (Carissa), Brenna Simpson and Brynn Simpson. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
