She is survived by: her husband Dennis Pihlaja; her daughter Sheilah Pajunen; her grandchildren, Anthony Jenkins and Jessica Steventon (Kirkpatrick); her great grandchildren, Rowan Kirkpatrick, Emory Steventon, Avery Steventon and Janis Jenkins; her sister Annie Klein; and her niece Petra Weller (Robert).
