He is survived by: his daughters, Stacy and Jessy Palmer of Orr; his stepson Jon Strong of Superior; and his siblings, Gary Palmer (Tammy) of Cook, Jeffrey Palmer (Meesoon) of Alabama and Rebecca Palmer of Chisholm. He is also survived by his family and friends.
