He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Rathman and Amelia Rathman (Eckstein); and his siblings, Wilfred, Robert, Irene and Gladys.
He is survived by: his wife Marian Helget; his children, Jeanne Reiner (Steven), Michael Rathman (MaryAnn) and RoseLynn Wingert (Charles); his grandchildren, Jerry Reiner (Amy), Jeff Reiner (Teresa), Amy Rathman, Chris Rathman (Stacy), Kelli Moes (Pat) and Derek Wingert (Ines); his sisters, Marian Frandrup and Dolores Dorland; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Rathman and Marlene Rathman. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
