She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Emma Odegard; her brothers, Marvin and Ivan; her daughter Vicki Serna (John) of Comfrey; her grandchildren, Grant, Andrea Serna of Hermosa, SD, Ryan and Crystal; her great grandchildren, Lily and Jacob Serna of Baltic, SD; her husband Marvin Sorensen (Sam); and her sisters, Delphine (Ivan "Fat" Sorensen) and Lolita. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
