He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Schiller and Mildred Schiller (Timm); his grandson Daniel Redman; and his siblings, Roberta, LouAnn, Eileen, Kathleen, Dennis and Charles.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Steffen; his children, Jennifer Redman (Mike) of Comfrey, Paul Schiller (Ronda) of Comfrey and Emie Krueger (Brian) of Breezy Point; his grandchildren, Mitchell Redman (Lizzie), Dustin Redman (Kayla Vonk), Carly Redman, Ella Krueger and Owen Krueger; his great grandchild Hazel Rae Redman; his stepgrandchildren, Trent Mattison (Taryn), Taylor Mattison and Nathan Mattison (Macie Weber); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Lauren, Mitchell and Sawyer Mattison; and his siblings, Donald Schiller (Margaret) of Wabasso, Joan Springborg of Iola, WI, Janice Kettner of Springfield, Lola Dahmes of Redwood Falls, Lorene Elg of Spicer, Darvin Schiller (Ardis) of Morgan, Doug Schiller of Clements, Elizabeth Jacobson (Lloyd) of Redwood Falls, Jolene Krueger (Donnie Hodak) of Redwood Falls and Daniel Schiller (Vicki) of Delano. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
