He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his children, Christine Sowden, William Carr (Tracie) and Samantha Carr; and his siblings, Elverna Lawrence, Jeanette Hagedorn and Lyle Carr. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
