He is survived by: his wife June Monteith; his children, Monte (Pam) and Debi; his grandchildren, Andy (Jessie), Adam (Erin), Matt Sorum and Mandi Sorum; his great grandchildren, Maya, Logan, Ava Carney, Emily and Brandon Pederson; his great great grandchild Isaac; and his siblings, Elaine Hollasch, Darlene Yackel, Peggy Van Dam, Dale Carney and Mike Carney.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dawn Valley Chapel (9940 Bush Lake Rd, Bloomington, MN 55438). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Dawn Valley Memorial Park (9940 Bush Lake Rd, Bloomington, MN 55438).
