He is survived by: his wife Trisa; his daughter Breanna; and his siblings, Lisa (Keith), Deanna (Kaylynn), Jenny and Justin. He is also survived by friends, family, and co-workers.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the surviving family members, or to any nonprofit animal rescue organization of the donor's choice.
