He is survived by: his wife Sandra Neubarth; his sons, John Gruenhagen (Andrea) of Carver, Mark Gruenhagen of Cologne and Neil Gruenhagen (Sheryl) of Cologne; his grandsons, Karl and Benjamin Gruenhagen; his siblings, LuAnn Traver (Glenn) of Cologne, Lorraine Neubarth (David) of Arlington and Burton Gruenhagen of Cologne; and his brothers-in-law, Dale Neubarth (Rachelle) of Arlington, Lyle Neubarth of Arlington and Bruce Neubarth of Arlington. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
