She is survived by: her husband Clifford Plekkenpol; her children, Karen Neubarth (Tom) of Arlington, John Plekkenpol (Sharon) of Cologne, Susan Theis (Marvin) of Shakopee, Lois Manteuffel (Todd) of Cologne and Dale Plekkenpol of Cologne; her sister-in-law Inez Buetow of Cologne; her brother Ralph Buetow (Carol) of Cologne; her siblings-in-law, Harriet Plekkenpol of Shakopee, Donald Plekkenpol of Carver and Kenneth Plekkenpol of Shakopee; her brother Dallas; her sister-in-law Marion Plekkenpol of Shakopee; her children, Ashlyn of Brooke, CJ and Davis of Carver; her grandson-in-law Tom Thuente of Shakopee; and her grandchildren, Shawn Neubarth, Karl Neubarth, Owen Theis, Eric Theis, Nicole Thuente, Lauren Manteuffel and Rebecca Manteuffel. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
Private funeral arrangements at Bertas Funeral Home of Chaska, MN, due to ongoing pandemic.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to either St. Johns Lutheran Church or the family.
