He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Kamrath and Jean Kamrath. He is survived by: his children, Jason Kamrath (Becky) and Jessica Heuer (Kyle); his grandchildren, Taylan Kamrath, Jaycee Kamrath, Dane Goenner, Camryn Heuer and Emma Heuer (Lavonne Peters); his siblings, Kim Kosloske (Michael) and Jeff Kamrath (Faye); his niece Lyndee Van Ruler (Bryan); and his nephew William (Tracy).
