Stephen G. Olson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen G. Olson of Cologne, Minnesota, born in Springfield, Minnesota, who passed away on October 25, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Olson and Elsie Olson (Bruckbauer); his parents-in-law, Elmer and Kathryn Marschall; his siblings, Ralph Olson (Ruth), Vern Olson and Beatrice Bruns (Len); his nephew Ralphie Olson; and his niece Cathy Fournier (Olson).
He is survived by: his son Stephen "Steve" George Olson; his wife Mary; his children, Lance Olson of Chanhassen, Adam Olson (Amber) of Jackson and Emily Olson of Brooklyn Park; his granddaughters, April, Alison and Annabelle Olson; his sister Lois Goblirsch of New Ulm; and his siblings-in-law, Helen Olson of Colorado, Steve Marschall of Little Falls, Roy Marschall (Danita) of Shakopee, Lori Knuth (Mike) of Pequot Lakes, Fred Marschall (Jean) of Shakopee and Chrysa Kostecka of Pequot Lakes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
He donated his time and talents, designing and printing memorials of the deceased members for Cologne and NYA churches "All Soul's Day" for 40 years.
