He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Pauly and Mary Pauly (Ebert); his wife Lorena; his siblings, Jerry, Dick Pauly and Lavonne Pauly; his sister-in-law Helen Pauly; his parents-in-law, Gottfried and Emilie Schmiess; his sister Arlene; and his brothers-in-law, Earl Doehling and Duane Eiden.
He is survived by: his sister Shirley Eiden; his children, Gary Pauly (Karri Crosley), Brian Pauly (Carrie) and Sharon Jacobson (Jamey); his grandchildren, Sam, Julia, Elsa Pauly, Josie and Amelia Jacobson; and his sister-in-law Dianne Schmiess.
