He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Rose (Hentges) and Joseph Benedict Roske; his sister Maria; and his grandson Adam. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Theresa Rennie of St. Joseph; his friends, John Krebsbach, Hub Klein and Rudy Gapko; his children, Sandy Kewman (Don), Barb Wander (Jim), Michael (Peggy Landwehr), Mary Holmay (Pat), Kath (Chris Dallager) and Bill (Ila Hoeft); his grandchildren, Mark (Ben Kewman), Matt (Kristin Wander), Michaela (Jameson), Molly, Benedict (J. J. Roske), Dan (Dana), Nick (Eric Holmay), Jessica (Wilson), Emily (Eli Dallager), Bryar and Faye (Harrison Roske); and his great grandchildren, Maggie, MacKenzie, Felix, Isaac, Isabel, Eleanor, Grayson, Connor and Oliver.
Due to the pandemic, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are preferred to St. John's Abbey, St. John the Baptist Parish in Collegeville, or the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
