She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustav Herman and Anna Gustava Haataja (Komulainen); her sons, Anthony, Brent and Blair; her son-in-law Ronald Corbin; her siblings, Carl (Hilda), Edna Ylitalo (Jack), Helen Matsen (Ernest), Hugo, Uno, Walter, Eino Rudolph, Olga Johnson (Eino), Ernest, Albert and Arthur; and her parents-in-law, Charles (Anna Jurmu) and Tyyne Halonen.
She is survived by: her husband Frederick Halonen; her children, Peter (Debra), John (Becky), Tyyni Salmen-Osage (Duane), Thea Corbin-Cokato, Gregg (Suzanne), Tamara Pietila (Jeffrey), Teresa Johnson (Kenneth), Anna Aho-Cokato (David), Avis Sheffer (Eric), Scott (Kathleen) and Cokato; and her daughters-in-law, Kristin Halonen-Cokato and Julie Impola (Arvi). She is also survived by 101 grandchildren, 246 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great-grandchildren, 11 brothers and sisters-in-law, and a host of relatives and friends.
